As always:

1.) we will continue to only use single use cutlery and napkins

2.) our staff will continue to be vigilant about hand washing

3.) continued use of single use gloves when touching ALL foods and food contact items & surfaces

4.) All of our staff has been notified to not come to work if they feel even the slightest bit unwell. All staff has also been excused from work if they do not feel comfortable coming to work during this time.

5.) all of our surfaces will continue to be cleaned and sanitized throughout our day.
